This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a tiny alley off 178 street. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance to the riverfront and many cafes and bars. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with a lovely design and spacious bathrooms. I particularly loved the super comfortable couch, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was also a highlight, with omelettes made to order and free alternatives available.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

This hotel offers the most amazing service making it the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel advertises that wi-fi is available. However, it was not in our room.

Everything. The staff are amazingly helpful and sweet. The room was amazing. The breakfast was great, and the location is perfect.

Two tiny things: one is the balcony overlooks the breakfast area, so can get quite loud if there are kids around early. The second is the number of tuk tuk drivers who can be outside, and you just cannot take them all.

Not much. Ok on a city street that is in a run down side street. More of a guest house than a hotel.

Location poor, walk up 3flights of stairs

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and had a great time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was ideal as well, within walking distance of the main attractions and surrounded by plenty of tuktuks for easy transportation. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The shower area in the room was a bit dark and could have used better lighting.

This was a perfect start for our holiday Cambodia - Frangipani Fine Arts is a gem and an oasis in a busy city and the most convenient hotel very close to Royal Palace and National Museum and it was the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Cambodia. We were surprised at the attentiveness and the friendliness of the staff at The Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel. We felt extremely welcomed from the front gate to the room with the introduction of the hotel facilities. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and the best thing about it.

the hotel sign is hard to read and very small

The Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a quiet alley, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the friendly and helpful staff to the basic amenities provided in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a kitchen and large bathroom on the upper level. The bed may be a bit firm, but it is surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast options are plentiful, with omelettes made to order and immediately served. It's great that breakfast is included in the room rate.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we had no complaints.

The location is the best and it is about a 5 minute walk to river front, royal palace, restaurants and other shopping places. The hotel itself is incredibly charming and a complete open-air design, as is much of everything in Phnom Penh. Our room was well designed with balcony and large bathroom with terrazzo n Everything is very comfortable and extremely relaxing. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel staff arranged our airport pick-up with a car and the driver briefed us about phnom pen trip . All of the food is fresh and quite good. Meal was delicious and nice; coffee is wonderful. The bartenders make lots of different drinks and the prices are very affordable. Staying at this hotel was one of the best decisions we made regarding our trip

Quite new hotel with nice setting, especially courtyard and nice room (The room was big and has the best and biggest free form tub). There is a gorgeous courtyard with an open area for dining, lounging and free internet The food was really good and very healthy. Staff were very very very helpful and paid much attention to us to make sure we are happy and enjoyable. The location is fantastic and convenient to reach other places within walking distance (royal palace, river side, museum, bars, shopping places and restaurants). I would highly recommend this hotel

Must pay much attention to small Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel sign

We recently stayed at a hotel located down a narrow alley, a hidden gem in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the waterfront and a stone's throw from the royal palace. the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, reflecting the unique Cambodian decor. the staff were professional, welcoming us with charm and providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. We also enjoyed the peaceful garden in the lobby, a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring.

We did find that the towels provided were a bit thin, which was a minor inconvenience.

It is simply great! The location is quite convinient enough to walk to royal palace, national museum, river front and restaurants and pubs. Hotel area is quiet so we got great night sleep. Hotel facilities and very nice and well mantained. Restaurant and breakfast are also very good with many choices. Staf is nice and helpful! Always making sure you are having a good time. We asked them to book a tuk-tuk for us to go around Phnom Penh and it was just perfect! I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends and will come back again!

nothing to complaint. Nice nice nice hotel!

the place is special design and the nice image of art in any space of hotel. There are many art galleries nearby and we can walk to national museum.I love location is not far from river side and also royal palace. The access to hotel is hidden from main road, you will be unbelievable where is the hotel seem as sunken space in prime location. It is tranquil and quite isolate from main roads around. We use tuk tuk ( tri cycle) and walking to expat areas.I enjoy my trip in Phnom penh with my family and we like their service mind and friendly staff.
